At folk, we strive to build the best product which suits your needs. If what you've got isn't working for you, we want to help. We are accepting Returns, Exchanges and Refunds, but please expect delays due to staffing and safety limitations.
We offer a 14-day Return or Exchange policy on all products. The products must be returned in the same condition as you received them, with the original packaging, bills, tags and labels intact.

We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached. We will refund the value of your returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees within 5-7 business days after receiving your return as below:
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions: As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.
