Refund policy

At folk, we strive to build the best product which suits your needs. If what you've got isn't working for you, we want to help. We are accepting Returns, Exchanges and Refunds, but please expect delays due to staffing and safety limitations. 

We offer a 14-day Return or Exchange policy on all products. The products must be returned in the same condition as you received them, with the original packaging, bills, tags and labels intact.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

  • Your Exchange or Return request must be sent by your registered email address to us at hello@folkindia.in within 48 hours of receipt of the package along with the product picture and a soft copy of the invoice.
  • We will acknowledge your request via email as well after which we will arrange for a reverse-pickup of the order. The customer must bear all the costs incurred for a reverse-pickup of the order.
  • After the returned product passes all necessary quality checks upon reaching us, your Refund or Exchange request will be processed.

 

 REFUNDS:

We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached. We will refund the value of your returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees within ­­5-7 business days after receiving your return as below:

  • For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions: As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

  • Other: In case of other modes of online payment, you will receive credit points against the value of your current purchase which may then be used for any future purchases you make from www.folkindia.in

 

Please note -

  • If your Returned product fails to pass all the necessary quality checks then a Refund will not be possible.
  • Shipping charges would not be refunded except where folk has erroneously sent you a wrong item / color / size.

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food products) and custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

The buyer will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange.
